The original graph confirms the votes for Biden were added to the vote totals after 6:00 a.m. Depending on how long they counted them for it means this batch arrived in during the dead of night for them to be able to completely finish counting and add the data some time after 6 in the morning.
Something common between all 3 + 1 cities ( Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta + Philly) ? A very high percentage of Joggers.

Even better for Wisconsin. The jump in votes happens at around 4:30am. Check the x axis. The sudden jump is at 4:30 when Trump gets 0 votes some how.
The exact same thing happened in Michigan too around 6am.
Georgia also got the vote dump at around 4:30 yesterday.
Its hilarious. If its one state, they wouldve gotten away with it if it was fishy. But at least 3 states had this phenomenon.
