This is from a comment I posted explaining to someone why watermarks are of limited use in certain cases. I am looking at this stuff about the hammer and sickle super computer system hacking thing internally and while I cannot rule it out it's not actually necessary. Cheating can be done clean and simply right in front or your eyes.
Either cheating is already afoot or results have been disqualified and I'll explain how...
It's delaying the procedure. It's as simple as that.
Consider I'm in charge of the polling and I am desperate for Biden to win. I believe that it's either like Germany before the second world war and I can see the future so I know that it would be justified to cheat or do anything to ensure Hitler doesn't win. Alternatively due to watching CNN I believe I'm a POW or Jew in WWII captured by the Nazis and in a labour camp being made to construct war supplies. Given the opportunity I will sabotage a detonation device or whatever it is they're having us make.
I'm supposed to have all the ballots in on the day and then be counting them. When I get close to the end I see it's clearly going to be a win for Trump so on instinct alone I may call for a stall, for more time. I might not even know for what but it's just an instinct to hit the brakes.
Now at this point Trump voters know they're winning so don't need to do anything. Biden winners know they're losing so need to do something. Everyone knows the situation so hopefully all I need to do is give them time and they'll do something.
At this point I start accepting more ballots. The situation is a call to action for Biden voters that didn't bother to dig out the ballot from their mail pile or go around and see if anyone has them. I can probably expect that hopefully they'll make an effort like this. So now I'm accepting deliveries of ballots again. It's another round of voting but one I only expect Biden voters to engage in. For the winner the battle is already over. For the loser it's never over.
At this point they can rather than send all ballots delayed in the mail straight to be counted store them in a secret holding area. Sort them by places most likely to go to Biden and slowly release them to the counting centre as needed. At the same time fill some boxes still from late after deadline voters.
They're saying votes after the election will be excluded because they'll use the stamp on the mail from the post office but the problem is this stamp isn't secure. They can configure the date on a machine in cases or use a stamp from the day before, whatever.
At this point the situation is basically out of control. Just that alone means that you can no longer call it legitimate. There's a huge amount you just cannot verify or rule out. They're broken the integrity of the system with that.
If you're really doing anti-fraud it's multi-vector. You actually also have to run your own fraud to detect it. You basically send in many ballots after the date, see if they're cancelled and you need a system so that your fraud detection along the chain of custody doesn't actually count toward the result.
Hopefully it will turn out there are some mail tracking systems that can be investigated or some other methods (forensics of the stamps, etc). The thing is as well I would be surprised if they don't just throw the envelopes away normally disposing of the evidence pretty fast. The only positive is that you at least should still have the address the ballot is registered to.
There are many ways to cheat and you need many approaches to ensure that it's kept to a minimum threshold that would typically not be able to sway an election.
When you see the rate of counting go from say ten thousand votes an hour then in the last minute when one opponent is about to win see it drop to a tenth of that or less in maybe over 90% counted then that really says it all doesn't it.
Also collecting for so long after and not knowing how many there are throws the whole thing out. It's completely out of control.
Think about this too, some states they've had to drag it on for days. Lets say the problem is too many states to Trump so they have to steal a whole bunch. Then what you'll see is with needing to steal so many states some are going to be difficult. In the days since, I swear numbers of ballots to count is still going up. They're basically still collecting ballots. That tells you everything. The election isn't finished for them. They're supposed to have only been counting since election day. The counting has dropped down to the speed of collecting.
It's your old retrospective fix up job and you can do it easily with valid ballots that at still out there but just people never got around to casting. Let alone wrong address ballots in the mail system, etc. Another way they can cheat is they can register voters themselves from other databases like the driving license, etc and send out ballots to people they believe will vote Biden also making it easier for Democrat voters.
Just stop to think about it for a moment. Ballots delayed in the mail system for how many days now? Is that normal? Are they ever going to stop coming in? The thing is normally with this situation you're supposed to be told if you don't send your ballot however many days before it takes then tough luck. The last day to send your ballot is not election day but delivery days before election day, IE you might say send a week before. What they're doing now is suddenly changing that to get in the extra week or two worth of votes for Biden from those who sent it late and would usually not be counted. It's the same as if a Trump voter turned up at the voting centre the day after election day and they let them vote anyway. A deadline is a deadline and you need to keep it constant for voting integrity. If it's variable then whoever calls when to stop is potentially dictating the result.
They believe most mail in ballots are by democrats so are giving them extra time to hand in their assignment and save their grade. This is the oh shit moment when realisation hits. They're doing it in your face. As far as I am aware they could have called it, stopped collecting and only counted come the deadline. If they choose not to and that flips the result, then they choose the result.
It's really that simple to manipulate things and there are many more ways to interfere with the system. There are tens of millions of Democrats out there, probably a lot more than a few percent will cheat if they can and many won't even think about it as cheating. They'll think about it as being a good Samaritan making sure no one's vote or say gets left out or something. Think about just how many people on each level is involved in the election. From voter all way way up to whoever is the chief of the election in the state. The rule of big numbers alone dictate you'll likely get fraud and based on the proportion of Democrats that are rabid I'd say a significant amount like even a half of a percent is extremely plausible. Even a few percent is not unreasonable. A good proportion can just be from people doing things like using ballots that went to their address that weren't for them.
Some of this shows you're really lacking standards in your electoral system. There are allegations that whether true or not should simply not be possible to make but that are possible to make. The mass mail-in ballots made this a perfect storm. Anyone with a bit of sense said it would lead to fraud and make a mess. The Democrats said that would never happen so in turn never implemented anything to be able to either prevent it or monitor it.
You need to have federal standards for federal voting and they need to be high standards. Otherwise everyone has just voted for who is president of their state. If you consider the potential Biden wins in these tight states are a few thousand to 100K and we'll seen mistakes in that range as well then it's within the error of margin (even seen thousands to a hundred thousand votes retracted). Fraud aside, on that basis alone either the real answer to the question of who won is I don't know, the system broke down, malfunctioned.
