That's just the problem. We could hold our votes with notepads and crayons if honest people were running them. Even implementing photo voter ID laws would be pointless if the workers at the polls refuse to check them.

All the high tech pallot security ideas people are tossing around are meaningless when the people actually running the elections at the local and state level are in on it and the constituents on their side actually WANT candidates that are willing to do anything to steal the win.

They don't care about the cheating; they only want the win. If their side loses, they're mad their side didn't cheat hard enough.
