What do we have in the constitution about voting?

Many of these precincts have already defied orders from lower courts and legislative directives on how to handle mail in ballots. Now it's doubtful there's anything they can do to remedy the lack of transparency that those running these precincts intentionally baked in. There is no way to accurately verify ballots because they intentionally ignored orders. Now, the only viable options are to throw out all ballots that can't be verify, or to have a new election all in person and verified immediately. Nothing else can remove the taint.

This is what I was thinking. Is there a possibility we have another vote, mandate by the Supreme Court to be 24 hours long? Or do we start throwing away ballots that are 1 second past Nov 3?
