What do we have in the constitution about voting?

The supreme court not only looks at the constitution but also all the laws passed by congress and by the several states. It also looks at court precedent. We have precedent, from just one year ago, in which a judge ordered a revote when it was found that a candidate tried to cheat mail in voting. Whether fraud took place or not was irrelvant, just conspiring to commit fraud was enough to deem the election invalid because it undermined the people's confidence in the process

Ahhh okay I see, well that is truly encouraging news. So we will probably have a re vote then.
