It's all empty cars, he is obviously holding his speech from somewhere else and it's being televised on the screens there. What is this shit? It's obvious that Biden is not capable of a) making actual appearances, and b) drawing even the tiniest of crowds. There is absolutely no way the public won't wake up to the fact that it is NOT POSSIBLE that this fossil, this ghost, has shattered every popular vote record ever, pulling people towards the polls in an unprecedented manner. This leads me to believe that they don't want the presidency, especially without the Senate and the outlook at the 2022 midterms, where they'd get slaughtered. They would rather have Trump serve his next term, blame him for stealing the election, be smarter in 2022 and take the House and Senate.
