Wasn’t it during the first Obama run, when it was openly reported that Biden gave like $1000 toward charity on his prior tax return? He and his degenerate family have been fleecing the US for decades and living in mansions, smoking crack with hookers and flying around world collecting money on Airforce two, and that’s all he gives as a charitable contribution? His entire family has lived like Kings off of the backs of hard working Americans. The Dems love charity as long as it doesn’t cost them anything directly.

Congress has themselves protected to do whatever they want. Hence the support for Trump, not Republicans on this site. Hell, the Dem leaders were/are screaming about ACB potentially supporting the dismantling of Obamacare, while Congress and staffers are on a whole different healthcare plan.
