I disagree - legally, a revote has precedent as a remedy for fraud - it is much more likely that the Supreme Court would consent to a revote than to flatly hand the election to Trump - although that would be great!
We have NOTHING to fear from a revote. Trump won, we know that. If there is a re-vote - with mandatory military observation and NO mail in ballots, then Trump will win by a huge margin, and it will be clear that fraud was committed.
They have done this in such a way that it is now literally impossible to know which ballots are valid and which are not. It is obvious to any thinking, rational person, that this is unacceptable.

Would Trump be more impacted than Biden if key swing state EC votes are withheld due to not meeting a deadline? The Constitution is clear that state legislatures select the method for choosing electors. If the election in a state is fucked, it goes back to the legislature for a vote. See Florida 2000 for further info.
