The problem is, for much of the fraud that has been uncovered, there wouldn't be a way to separate all of the illegal ballots. Sure, you could catch the dead voter block the Dems captured, but the hundreds of thousands of late-counted ballots, especially those backdated by the USPS? Those have already spoiled the ballot population.
what if the supreme court says the remedies for PA are a re-do or the count stands, but no audit and no recount?
