Yeah, if states don’t get their votes certified by deadlines, don’t they forfeit their electors? I don’t remember how that works in terms of 270 EC votes threshold. Would Trump be more impacted than Biden if key swing state EC votes are withheld due to not meeting a deadline? Dan Bongino spelled this all out in a podcast, but I don’t remember and wishful thinking that I wouldn’t have to. 😕
