A lot of people don't get this, but Dorsey doesn't run twitter and Zuckerberg doesn't run Facebook. They're the front men. The people actually running the platforms give them a script and make them run with it.
That's why Dorsey looked like an alcoholic going into the DTs in his last congressional interview.
