I caught part of it. He didn't declare victory just told everyone to be patient and that America rejected systemic racism blah blah blah. He was very careful not to declare victory though so that's telling.

The plan was to dump ballots, then "lock and call" each state (and the election) for Biden. By doing it rapid fire, they'd get ahead of the narrative and not allow a sufficient window of time to really dig deep into the fraud. Anyone talking about circumstantial evidence would be trotted out as having sour grapes, that the evidence is "unproven," "inciting violence," "anecdotal."

That plan went off the rails. I can only guess the reason why coincided with announcing that the team knows about Hammer and Scorecard. Since then, there's been considerably more backpeddling and delay. Now it's back to the "well gee, democracy takes time--count all votes!" narrative.
