He refuses to call out the fraud, merely alluding to it as though it may be true. Same thing he did with the lefty arsonist's that were spreading "wild fires".
Exactly this. This is the kinda juicy stuff that is part of his brand. Unbelievable he is only barely acknowledging it.

From what I remembered, all he did was reference people like us that are saying there is fraud. He never showed credibility towards it, just that it was being talked about. He's a smart guy and can easily see that this shit is wrong, yet he seems like he doesn't want to put his name on it, like most everything else.
