My therory: This was the plan of course, to commit fraud with the mail in ballots. However they didn't expect the massive Trump turnout. Moving or changing several thousand votes may have never been noticed or provable, but when you start having to move hundreds of thousands across mutiple states, states Trump carried 4 years ago, you're gonna get caught and that is exactly what we see unfolding.
