I have no idea if this answers your question but my dad's best friend's daughter works with the virus (in the Midwest) and they do all kinds of testing and stuff like that. All the conspiracy theories that you've heard before and thought "Hmm, maybe", but your better judgement said "Nah, there's NO way"... With this new perspective, it REALLY opens your eyes to what you may have previously dismissed. Maybe everything wasn't 100% but looking back now, I think there is a LOT of truth to what once seemed crazy.

In the first election they lost because they didn't cheat enough. It was still subtle and would blend in, without aberrations. In the second election they had to go all in because of the landslide of Trump supporters. They couldn't rely just on removing Republican ballots, or software flipping the results. They ended up being forced to inject hundreds of thousands of fake ballots to the point you can't hand wave it away.

I don't think it was necessarily blocked. I remember back in 2016 Trump explicitly encouraged us to vote using paper ballots. I think they tampered with and flipped enough of the electronic votes using Hammer and Scorecard to give Hillary the win in the Rust Belt, but didn't have an extensive enough operation for paper ballots so Trump still won those states. And that's why the margins were so slim.
