The judges will feel enormous pressure not to do something that will be politically unpopular or lead to unrest. This is why the media is racing to declare Biden the winner. To create pressure on the courts not to roll it back. With Biden declared the winner, the level of unrest that would result from a rollback will now be 10x worse. The media has put a metaphorical gun to the head of the nation, challenging the courts to stop the Biden presidency.
