No, you don't get what shes saying, the reason Wisc., Mich., and Penn. has BEEN BLUE since the 1980's is because of the cheating in Milwaukee, Philly, Pittsburg, Detroit, thus they have SEEMED BLUE, now the truth is out, they have not really been blue, in 2016 they let their guard down a little, they thought Trump had no chance, and if I remember, some of the smaller cities in Wisc. would report until late in the night in 2016, they knew the Dems TRICKS, let the vote come in, then CHEAT, so they held their votes just like Milwaukee.
