There's just so many you can manufacture through a software glitch.

Not necessarily true, if you have it programmed to change 3 percent of the ballots, that might not seem like a lot, but it's 6 percent. In other words, if Trump got 53 out of 100 and Biden got 47 out of Hundred, you could create a 50/50 race via the Computer software "SUPPOSED GLITCH" and then find a way to get Biden over the line by a few votes.

A 3 percent "glitch" is a 6 point swing.
