Falsus in uno, falsibus in unibus. Once you have proof of a liar, you can regard all of their testimony as trash. It’s why you’ll almost never call a perjurer as a witness.

So, if you have solid evidence of voter fraud on one side and it’s by those in power, well you skeptically examine the vote. In the case of some of the states, you could order no votes can count that were illegally counted by only Democratic part apparatchiks.

Here’s another way to think of this. The government proves you’re a counterfeiter. Now you also had a custom printing business and some of the revenues look legitimate. If the government can show you deliberately commingled funds to launder counterfeit money well they just seize it all.

Maybe this is simpler. If you go to a poker tournament and you appear to have won but it emerges you cheated on some hands, you don’t merely retroactively lose the proven cheating hands- you lose it all and get banned from cards (at a minimum).

Unfortunately, because ballots aren't able to be traced back to the person, the only thing you CAN do is as you described - invalidate entire categories of ballots (mail in), ballots of origin (certain precincts), or time - where the counts were at some point. This will be... hard for people to swallow.

"Some of yall fucked, up, so, these are all thrown out - good and the bad."

That's one reason why voter fraud is so hard to actually fight against. No one has to stomach or political will to invalidate and disenfranchise the good and the bad at the same time.

"One Bad apple can spoil the bunch"

Of course, the best deterrent for Voter Fraud is to levy the most severe penalties for being found guilty of it; preferably before it gets to the stage we have currently arrived at.

But as a message for the future; this would be a sufficient deterrent.

but you ARE supposed to be able to trace and certify the results. The fact that you can't is part of the fraud. they can't just shrug and say "well we fucked up so bad you just have to take our bs count" you say, "no you fucked up so bad your count doesn't matter." We had do-overs in some jurisdictions in prior elections because of fraud.
