The difference here is that they're calling states that are not settled in any way. 60k provisional ballots, 100k provisional ballots, and 10k military ballots are outstanding in three states needed to give him 270. That's why this is a sham.

Once a state CERTIFIES its votes, it can't wheel in any more ballots on a cart. It can't add any more bogus votes for Biden. Meaning any votes that are invalidated by the courts (and there will be a LOT of those!) are permanently lost to the Democrats.
I think the Democrats' game plan is to stall the certification--to AVOID certifying votes in case they need to add more. Meanwhile, they're hoping Trump will concede so they don't have to cheat in any more bogus ballots. I think the media blitz is an attempt to squeeze that concession out of him. Well, that ain't gonna happen.
