Once a state CERTIFIES its votes, it can't wheel in any more ballots on a cart. It can't add any more bogus votes for Biden. Meaning any votes that are invalidated by the courts (and there will be a LOT of those!) are permanently lost to the Democrats.
I think the Democrats' game plan is to stall the certification--to AVOID certifying votes in case they need to add more. Meanwhile, they're hoping Trump will concede so they don't have to cheat in any more bogus ballots. I think the media blitz is an attempt to squeeze that concession out of him.
