If I'm not mistaken, they can't count any provisional ballots until each individual contacts their voting location and proves that they are the correct owner of the ballot, I think usually with an ID or other documentation.

Here in NC we voted the ID requirement in two years ago. The gubna just ignored it then court fuckery happened. We still don't have the ID requirement us citizens voted for. WTF

Provs don't get counted until the date when people can't verify them anymore. Most places you have until Friday after the election to provide proof of who you are or whatever other reason you were doing provisional.
