What will be needed is an audit followed by an invalidation of any votes past the turn-in deadline, which was not properly enforced and at a time when counting was not properly executed (no republican poll watchers, no valid votes), making those votes illegal. They wont be able to do that because they've mixed them all together; how do you think they can be separated at this point?
I'm not a legal expert but if the ballots are thoroughly mixed in, wouldn't that be grounds for the courts to invalidate them all, since it can be argued that the entire pool of votes has been tainted?
