I thought it was weird they even mentioned it at all. Obviously people are asking questions about it and they’re starting their explaining away

It's like they asked Biden to come up with something that he felt would make for memorable theatrics, and this is the end result: Theatrics that seem disjointed at best and make absolutely no sense.
