What if dems know they will ultimately lose, but are biding for time?

I read that if no president is inaugurated by Jan. 20th, the some fuckery can happen. What is the risk here?

It will not get that far either there is enough evidence of fraud and TRUMP wins or the people continue to push the state delegates they have no confidence in election forcing a nuclear option. The SCOTUS gets involved and rules for a candidate and finally Trump exhausts all avenues and concedes.
