The problem is they changed the rule without the legislator. It was the Governor and the Court; they violated their own laws.

73
TheEmoEngineer 73 points ago +73 / -0

I believe the law says the votes are invalidated if anybody but the legislature makes a change to the rules.

29
TheKillingWords 29 points ago +29 / -0

Yup. That's how it should be. The courts do not make laws, they can only deem them as Constitutional or not. If not, the law/legislation is dead.

6
TheEmoEngineer 6 points ago +6 / -0

This means that the courts illegally tried to change the rules and in our current scenario those votes should be voided/erased from the tally. The PA legislature needs to have the balls to do something though.

1
85Dacudo 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’m skeptical about that. Because it raises the question of why the legislature didn’t stop this before it even got to this point.

3
CondeNasty 3 points ago +3 / -0

This will go to the Supreme Court and it will be their place to decide if it was legal or not.

14
SoldierofKek 14 points ago +14 / -0

Not but we have an idea where it's going. Samuel Alito is the Justice overseeing the 3rd circuit. He ordered them to sperate all the post 8pm ballots and and respond by 2pm. If they weren't at least entertaining the idea that these ballots are bullshit..he wouldn't have said seperated them

3
Brave1884 3 points ago +3 / -0

PA election commission came out and said the ballots of this criteria are extremely strong and wouldn’t change the outcome of any election result in the state.. soooo it’s back to pricing when they received them vs when they were marked

6
SoldierofKek 6 points ago +6 / -0

Don't care what they said, the LAW says no ballots can come in after 8PM on election night. They brought the fake ballots in after the count closed. They "found" 700.000 ballots, after the fact. They can get fucked.

5
Greatest_adventure 5 points ago +5 / -0

To me, everything is a 'talking point' until ruled by the court.

1
85Dacudo 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’m confused what exactly does that mean ?

0
Brave1884 0 points ago +1 / -1

I meant to say small instead of strong. They basically said the votes received after the deadline are to small to change anything. The question is do we believe that and how do we prove otherwise.

3

Bush v. Gore was largely the same issue- Florida Supreme Court ordering things not provided for in election statutes enacted by legislature.

85
magamillennial 85 points ago +85 / -0

Isn't one of the things here that, it needs to be done by the PA legislature, NOT PA courts?

I think some of the issue is the PA Court ruled certain ways, violating state and federal laws. When SCOTUS gets into this, they will decide what is and isn't violating law.

91
MisterKag 91 points ago +92 / -1

And the PA GOP is in SCOTUS now over these issues.

Alito issued two emergency orders to segregate the ballots.

PA is literally thumbing their nose at SCOTUS and ignoring the Orders.

27
boxxy 27 points ago +27 / -0

It's 2pm EST now, do you know if PA has responded to Alito yet?

48
MisterKag 48 points ago +49 / -1

I think they responded last night with a BS answer of essentially ‘prove it’.

They are setting themselves up for a pissed off SCOTUS when this comes up on the Petition.

If SCOTUS rules in our favor then the law is on our side when we make it reality. Trump’s too.

10
Greatest_adventure 10 points ago +10 / -0

Trump's hard-earned votes made it a reality last Tuesday; the rest is fiction. The campaign has to prove it in court and the SCOTUS has to rule convinced.

7

7
SoldierofKek 7 points ago +8 / -1

Well then they can conduct a brand new election with US Marshalls supervising and the state officials can go to jail for contempt

3
iamkats 3 points ago +3 / -0

Then we just throw them all out right? That doesn't seem like something they would want

4
Greatest_adventure 4 points ago +4 / -0

Votes aren't mixed. To be counted, they have to be documented by a number. So they can be tracked.

3
NomadicKrow 3 points ago +3 / -0

They need to send the fucking Marshal service or the Marines to secure all ballots. All.

8

Titanium 10 points ago +10 / -0

My prediction is the following: Dems were able to watch the votes being counted Republicans were not able to watch the votes being counted Therefore throwing out all ballots that cannot be proven to be legal and handing the republicans the election is fair as a remedy since the democrats failed to do their due diligence when monitoring the counting process and at the same time stopped republicans from monitoring. I think after this the state legislature will fail to certify the results and the house/senate will select the pres/VP when neither candidate gets 270 electoral votes.

2
Proda 2 points ago +2 / -0

Won't Biden get 270 even without PA if no other State changes their count?

-2
mike1231 -2 points ago +1 / -3

A Biden/Trump presidency would be hilarious if the house picked Biden and Senate picked Trump as VP. I need this.

2
TheKillingWords 2 points ago +2 / -0

Other people have pointed out, and I agree, that it's going to go from "there's no fraud" to "Trump weaponized his appointees to steal the election". Good luck in proving that following the law is against the law.

Every blue state has done this...

Bad idea because that will piss everyone completely and the state legislature is too cucked to do that. A new election, highly supervised, with US marshals there to make damn sure Republican observers can watch the count. That's how its to be done.

2
Greatest_adventure 2 points ago +2 / -0

Will other pedes here help answer this question? Ever been an election judge? I have, years ago, not in PA, though. Every 'ballot' is a transaction. It is recorded with timestamp. Can you imagine just willy nilly leaving it up to a human to count papers? Ever received a receipt from Wal-mart or 7-11? Look at the top. It tells you exactly when you purchased the item.

Can someone else please clarify? I've seen this question multiple times.

3
Flcentipede 3 points ago +3 / -0

My understanding is that supposedly they were not able to process all of the mail in votes for days. Couldn’t even count them let alone open them up and record the votes. That is how they can claim they didn’t even know how many more ballots were outstanding and kept finding more and more until Biden got what he needed. Total bullshit if you ask me, but there wouldn’t be a time stamp until they process the ballots (other than potentially a postmark on envelope showing date mailed, and even that seems suspect in light of Project Veritas plus I would bet they didn’t keep envelopes with the ballots if the envelopes even existed in the first place).

14
UndocumentedUpvote 14 points ago +14 / -0

Then what stops an illegitimate ballot? The observer from 30 feet away?

4
SoldierofKek 4 points ago +4 / -0

DaayTerkErJerbs 10 points ago +10 / -0

That's essentially what they did in FL when Broward and Palm Beach tried this same shit. They wouldn't quit finding ballots and counting ballots and closing the lead while not letting anyone in the building. Found ballots in a rental car at the airport so they called in a bomb threat to the airport lol

12
AOCs_tits 12 points ago +12 / -0

This whole "finding" ballots thing is on my nerves. It's not like ballots are truffles you have to hunt for. They are part of a PROCESS. Which means you should have a DESIGNATED PLACE TO PUT THEM. Christ, your average hipster coffee shop has better bookkeeping than some of these states.

4
DaayTerkErJerbs 4 points ago +4 / -0

The only people 'finding' votes are Democrats.. everywhere.. always.

2
JeremiahKassin 2 points ago +2 / -0

And they're always heavily in the Democrats' favor. I've never heard of a Republican winning a race because they "found" a tub of ballots.

3
741776 3 points ago +3 / -0

or an error or glitch benefitting anyone other than a dem. candidate. voting 101; rule 1: all software glitches, counting errors, and ballots arriving in the middle of the night benefit dems.

2
Flcentipede 2 points ago +2 / -0

All states should require a definitive reporting of the number of ballots cast no later than midnight on election night. They may not have been able to read and tabulate the ballots by then and should be allowed more time to do so, but you don’t have situations where they keep finding more and more ballots for days until they find enough.

Despite any and all evidence the “ruling” classes and political classes will not ever admit that there is fraud in American elections. This is how they hold on to power. Any evidence otherwise then you might not submit to being ruled. Look how all media have rallied to that cause despite ample evidence otherwise. It’s been 3 WHOLE days and yet they are certain nothing happened. Wow.

I no longer believe that our elections are not fraudulent. I was not a believer in most conspiracy nonsense until today. Now I do. This is the most fraudulent election in US history. Period.

Don't get too cocky. Check my post history. I'm a vet here, but we are talking about a multi-state court battle where the evidence has to have meaningful effects on the outcomes of the elections. Seems like PA is good. Lots of witnesses, timelines and details about specific vote counts, but what about the other states. They need the same level of evidence everywhere when it comes to poll watcher access.

12

PA is definitely the needed win here. They need it. I'm very glad they have so many witnesses and signed accounts.

1
Flcentipede 1 point ago +1 / -0

Problem is time. Very unlikely that SCOTUS issues an opinion on this before December, so we cannot wait on ruling and must pursue every state now. What happened in Georgia just doesn’t seem possible, and the GOP SOS is ultimately in charge of that election. He needs to personally and aggressively get to the bottom of where all those votes came from, and why they kept finding more and more days after the election. If he can’t or won’t do that, he should resign because I can’t imagine his political career is not over.

2
Fa1thless 2 points ago +2 / -0

Let’s wait for Trump to make that call. But third parties die. We have more power unified than we ever will sidelined. We can take these state legislatures and fix this stuff. Make sure if the democratic cities pull this shit people are locked up without a key. Take the courts back in the Supreme Courts of these states. This stuff matters.

The lesson of this election is that we haven’t done enough to beat these machines and media companies back. If we splinter and fracture then we are worse off not better.

1
Flcentipede 1 point ago +1 / -0

Only if we throw out the cucks. The GOP already controls most state legislatures, but it doesn’t seem to matter in MI, Penn, WI, or GA right now. Having fair elections just isn’t that difficult but they knowingly allowed all this fraud by mail ballot harvesting to take place.

Romney and Jeb! amongst others have already conceded and congratulated “president elect” sleepy joe. There are tons more cucks in the GOP, and we need to rid ourselves of them and truly take back our country.

1

"Victorious warriors win the battle, then go to war" Everything is proceeding as it has to. The media is being shown as utterly baised. Computer "glitches" are popping up all over. What if DHS knew the tabulations were phoney, and recorded in real time? What if those 50,000 sealed indictments s were for this moment in time? What happen when paper receipts of ballots don't match tabulation, like Michigan? Trump may have ultimately won a Reaganesque landslide.

5
voter129472974 5 points ago +5 / -0

Oh yeah, I agree.

And this was obviously a landslide as determined by the American people. Not to beat a dead horse, but look at swing states FL and OH's election laws and the Trump victory margin, then compare it to how the other "swing states' numbers played out.

Everyone here should be following Rich Baris on his People's Pundit Daily youtube channel. Watch post-election day videos (2 of them, when you sort by new) on 2x speed if you can because they're long. He breaks down exactly what happened and is probably one of the nation's leading experts right now.

This will all be "over" as a contest by the end of this month, much less Jan 20th.

9
DontApologize 9 points ago +9 / -0

Poll watching is a perfectly valid complaint. You cannot claim there is no fraud because you don't allow people to check for fraud.

This is a simple argument - and pretty much impossible to argue against. The fact pattern is not good for these guys. Its very lazy fraud - you pretend to stop counting - kick out the poll watchers - find new ballots and start counting again!

I don't have much faith in lawyers but Joe's team has its work cut out for them. All we really need to do is prove they violated laws to prevent fraud - we don't even have to prove fraud. How are you supposed to prove fraud when you cannot check the ballots!?!

4
JeremiahKassin 4 points ago +4 / -0

They were never even allowed in the polling stations in Philadelphia, much less to observe the official count. There's so much evidence of a cover up, there's no way it doesn't lead to fraud.

Appoint a special prosecutor that will work quickly.

The Trump team should not need to gather evidence of voter fraud by itself. It won’t have the tools necessary in order to find the actual crimes.

This is a federal crime. A special prosecutor would have subpoena power and would be able to secure warrants into these peoples phones and emails and other communications. Testimony by witnesses would be subject to perjury charges.

We must get to the bottom of this, the tools and power of a special prosecutor is the only way to find the perpetrators of this crime.

I posted data comparing 2020 Wisconsin Biden vs 2008 Obama here: https://thedonald.win/p/11PpTw80Pd/

You can see the charts I made from the data.

Biden underperformed Obama all over Wisconsin, except for these counties:

Dane County 26%: 2008 Obama Votes: 205984, 2020 Biden Votes: 260157, 2016 Hillary: 217697

Ozaukee County 28.8%: 2008 Obama Votes: 20579, 2020 Biden Votes: 26515, 2016 Hillary: 20170 This looks like a 6000 vote difference indicating the same issue with the software

and

Waukesha 31.1%: 2008 Obama Votes: 85339, 2020 Biden Votes: 103867, 2016 Hillary: 79224

If I were the Trump campaign, these are the first areas I would target for wanting to recount/audit.

4
Mother_of_gains 4 points ago +4 / -0

Can you drill down to the precinct level? I think that would show you even crazier shit.

3
CynicProject 3 points ago +3 / -0

Ohhhh. Yes I can! At least for the 3 main counties. I could do all of them, but Wisconsin doesn't have it consolidated yet. So I have to pull from the county websites.

Good idea. Let me crunch some numbers.

4
Mother_of_gains 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yeah, some dude in another thread did this for Georgia. There are like 4 counties where bidens % of the vote went up by like 10% vs 2016. All other counties were 1-3 % swings in either direction. He's looking into Cobb County as one example.

My guess is you'll find precincts where the gains for each side vs 2016 are relatively similar and then a few precincts where Biden outperformed crooked by like 100%. Also look at someone else who was running for statewide office in those precincts vs. the other precincts.

When real fraud exists, the further you drill down, the more apparent it becomes. Numbers could look realistic at the state level, fishy at the county level, and downright retarded at the precinct level.

8
Liberty0rdeath 8 points ago +8 / -0

I mean, Trump must’ve seen this coming and planned accordingly.

It's even worse than that. In the 2020 Primary, there were 680,000+ mail in ballots. 37,000+ were spoiled. Much closer to 5% than 2016's 1%.

5
CisnernosIb 5 points ago +5 / -0

This is pretty damning! Since vote by mail was relatively new for most voters this year, you would actually expect a higher percentage of rejected ballots. Voters new to the process of mail-in voting and would have been more likely to make mistakes. They obviously let everything through which was planned and why they insisted on mail-in voting in the first place. It's such an easy way to cheat when you control the polling places like the democrats do in Milwaukee, Detroit, Philly and Atlanta.

5
Linespaced 5 points ago +5 / -0

The Communist China worker camps learned their lesson this year. Instead of one container load of ballots, they sent over two.

5
Rush2k 5 points ago +5 / -0

Please correct me if I’m wrong but here’s the realistic scenario: 1- Trump flips Georgia and Arizona through ballot counts or maybe even recounts. 2- Trump get the SC to rejects some of the PA ballots 3- In PA the ballots counted outside of late mal-in ballots will lean for Trump

Am I right? GA, AZ, and PA altogether.

I assume Wisconsin, Michigan, and Nevada are out of reach at the moment. Hard to see recounts coming up with +20000 votes in one direction.

2
LiberalismIsTheVirus 2 points ago +2 / -0

You say 20,000 but what about that 6k swing of votes in one county? What if that same software "glitch" was used in the other 46-47 counties in Michigan. Ideally I want an audited recount, but if we can't get that even a count of individual ballots may very well be in our favor if one county of 17,000 - 18,000 had a 6k swing of votes.

3
Rush2k 3 points ago +3 / -0

Sure all those are possibilities, but I was trying to paint the most realistic picture so we're not just "hoping". A recount in Michigan is unlikely since the spread is more than 3% and 148k votes.

1
LiberalismIsTheVirus 1 point ago +1 / -0

I see your point. The thing is that we already know there's at least 7k dead people who voted in Michigan from Wayne County alone. his is just random people going through the database. This isn't their job it's fucking absurd. If you want to get technical we only know that they requested an absentee ballot but seeing how PA was reported to only reject .03% of the mail in ballots it's pretty obvious that all these states were given marching orders on how to handle this. I really do not see anyway to resolve this without a redo of the election when such a significant amount of your voting population was deceased. I wonder what the chance is of a redo. I know it would probably rely on the North Carolina case but this is like nothing the country has ever seen before. It's absolutely ridiculous.

1
Flcentipede 1 point ago +1 / -0

I only found about 1300 dead votes in Wayne County. There are probably at least 7k dead people on the voter roll there, but most of them didn’t return a ballot at least according to the published data I saw. Where did you get the 7k # from?

2
LiberalismIsTheVirus 2 points ago +2 / -0

The info was based off of Fleccas video which I'll put here. He said they have thousands who requested then filled out and returned absentee ballots. Also I think he said he only went through half so there are probably more.

Video: https://youtu.be/SK21F1b5ihc?t=103

Thread: https://thedonald.win/p/11PpPIpkec/fleccas-talks-bombshell-7k-dead-/c/

1
Flcentipede 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sweet. I just looked for people over 100 years old. He used the SSI list.

1
Rush2k 1 point ago +1 / -0

It is ridiculous. I just don't know how you prosecute that practically. Not all 7k people are dead, they're just older than 100yrs, not all ended up from the county, not all received the ballot, and apparently, about 800 or so votes were rejected already. This is where a recount could help shave a couple thousand, but we also don't know how much Trump vs Biden they were. It all seems fuzzy.

4

Tookens 2 points ago +3 / -1

Problem is none of these statistical anomalies are actual evidence of wrongdoing. They need evidence in court.

5
philasoma 5 points ago +5 / -0

The issue here is NOT statistical, it is Constitutional. The PA Supreme Court possible changed the criteria of what votes could be counted, which they aren't allowed to do (it's the authority of the state legislature). SCOTUS would absolutely take up a challenge on these grounds and a successful result would mean tangible ballots being tossed.

4
BHundo88 4 points ago +4 / -0

Hopefully having 50+ poll officials go on record with how poorly they were treated at the counting centers will be enough to cast doubt. Being 15-30ft away and not being able to get closer is enough in my mind, also the back dated ballots and votes that were counted after the deadline. Will hopefully. Be enough to bring doubt and more questions
