My prediction is the following:
Dems were able to watch the votes being counted
Republicans were not able to watch the votes being counted
Therefore throwing out all ballots that cannot be proven to be legal and handing the republicans the election is fair as a remedy since the democrats failed to do their due diligence when monitoring the counting process and at the same time stopped republicans from monitoring.
I think after this the state legislature will fail to certify the results and the house/senate will select the pres/VP when neither candidate gets 270 electoral votes.
Since he follows the Constitution, scorched earth is just beginning.
