Supreme Court only permits ballots from before 8pm on the 3rd, software “glitches” are fixed, dead voters removed, unsupervised ballots are invalidated.
And if none of that works, it goes to the house which cotes by STATE DELEGATION and we win there.
Supreme court issues order for recounts if fraud is found. Every state will have a different set of challenges so it won't be easy. Some states will fight tooth and nail and others will simply agree with a recount and miraculously turn red.
OK, let's suppose they recount.... But what about all the Trump ballots that were already destroyed?
Also, if the dems have access to the votes, can't they destroy all they need to guarantee a win after recount?
That's what the judges will have to decide and I have no idea how they view all of this. Each individual justice will have to make a ruling with their own conscience. If anything the good news is that whatever ruling they hand down will set the precedent for generations. I don't think even crooked justices would validate turmoil for a mere 4 years. We'll see.
Presumably if Trump ballots were destroyed that would show up as a significant discrepancy from the original tally. That would be a red flag.

As you can tell by Trump's twitter feed PA is in the crosshairs. Arizona based on the Maricopa county problem deserves one as well. The thing is this can't begin to happen until all the votes are in. Several states, especially NC have votes trickling in even today. Once the counting ends, then the lawsuits can start. Since election day I've been saying WI, MI and GA deserve their own lawsuits but it's hard to tell if Trump plans on doing that at this time. Minnesota and Maine are 2 outliers that would reveal big time fraud as well, they were both uncalled for hours on election night and flipped overnight.
Another thing to keep in mind is that lawsuits begin at the county level, are appealed to superior courts, state courts, then eventually SCOTUS. That is a lengthy process and one of the main reasons I've been echoing for a while now that the true aim of all of this is to drag this out to January 20th. If they make it that far, they don't even have to win to win.

This is a federal crime. A special prosecutor would have subpoena power and would be able to secure warrants into these peoples phones and emails and other communications. Testimony by witnesses would be subject to perjury charges.
