I am just thinking on how Trump will prove this to be true. How would you actually prove it in courts? No one is dumb enough to put this kind of request to backdate ballots on record such as email. These things would be verbal instructions given to employees. So the allegation just makes it hearsay. Hearsay is not evidence.
Even the biggest question the media is asking is to provide proof of backdating happened.
The courts must consider evidence, not what plaintiff or defendant say. So how do you go by proving backdating of ballots?
It becomes the nullification of certain votes. If SCOTUS decides to either nullify votes that came in after a certain hour (all votes not just ones for a particular candidate) or force a runoff or kick it to the state legislators to decide we got this in the bag.
