I've seen him repeatedly refer to what he does as 'A guy in front of a camera talking about his feelings' He's not pretending what he does is journalism though he did that for years. He had said a few years ago it's not profitable to go out on the ground as the videos he did in Catalan didn't recoup. I like Adam more than Tim, but I still listened to Tim as a journalist, despite him getting it wrong a lot in the past and his voice being incredibly annoying to listen to. Adam seems more like a chill based person. Which is great, but I have based friends I can interact with. Pool's appeal was the guy sits around reading news all day long, every day (literally every day. When normal people are drinking with friends on a friday or saturday night, he's doing a 2+ hour podcast).
That said, he's pulled some grifting in the past, but this is the worst I've seen. It's literally EXACTLY what he's been predicting would happen for months now. But now that it's happening, he can't stomach it, and is suddenly trying to climb the fence and be a leftist.
There's been a lot of random situations over the years where he shrugs and plays devil's advocate for the left, giving them a ton of credence, when none was warranted. I think Kenosha was one. Covid19 was another big one.

Tim's friends that he has on as "guests" now don't really do a lot for the conversation and just lead to Tim teaching or explaining something a lot. They openly ignore Lydia more and more as she tries to talk more (I haven't heard her say anything that adds to the conversation). She tries to get in one-liner jokes that really add nothing, or she just quote-repeates what somebody else just said like that's a joke, then everybody ignores her.

What someone like Tim Pool should really understand is they will eventually censor him too. This is a globalist takeover of the entire world and the Internet. There is no way to appease it. I stopped watching his videos after the election precisely because he didn't seem up to speed on exactly what evidence of fraud was out there. He made a mistake in trying to crank videos out there and offering opinions when he didn't really have an understanding of what he was talking about.
