I always thought Putin was a better friend to the USA than the media gave him credit for. Naturally, he put Russia's interests first as President Trump put ours. But it seemed to me they had a mutual respect for one another that was genuine.

Thank you for posting this. I was of the opinion that Russia should become our ally again and Europe can eat dirt. We have more in common with Russia value wise than any European (or Israeli) "ally."
