The reason that contemporary leftism has been incredibly successful is because people are terrified of the violent reprisals it's known for when these lunatics don't get their way. They have shown the common person that whenever they are on the losing side, the result will be that cities burn and people are beaten or killed.
We respond to losses by calling for in-system legal reform or sternly worded letters, if we call for anything at all. The staggering amount of cultural territory that has been lost to this approach is why we still have a problem with communists in the West in the first place.
It shouldn't be this way, but any court looking at the result of the decision that's about to be put before might weigh these outcomes and may try to avoid the inevitable apocalyptic reaction of the left, as they have many times before, and instead weather the typical conservative reaction of peaceful daytime gatherings for a weekend or two, and bitching about Democrats on forums.
While I'm not advocating for violence and destruction, (yet) we need numbers equal to or above that of Trump's "peaceful protests" this election cycle in the streets, and we need them in every state of the union. Now.
