As of right now, all that the "hacker" has proven is that he's scanned Dominion's network. He hasn't proven that he's gained access to any voting machines or that he's seen voting machines on the network. He hasn't proven that the accounts used by the employees are compromised, all that he's proven is that accounts related to their email address (like facebook or whatever) are compromised. It is highly possible that this is a disinfo campaign to discredit the case for voter fraud. Be advised to share all of the information related to pizza boxes, sharpies, etc.
