Plenty of murder/criminal trials have been decided like this...i.e WITHOUT finding the victim's body.
Its called circumstantial evidence. And there's PLENTY of that imo. Scrutineers being locked out; ballots improperly handled or now missing, statistical 'impossibilities'; conflicts of interest (i.e Dems owning election software), strange first time anomalies...the list goes on...and on.
Then there's the direct physical evidence that Team Trump already has...i.e computer 'glitches' and deceased voters etc
So there's PLENTY to work with.
The 'body' of course is a slab of fake/illegal ballots. Well they've probably been destroyed by now, mixed in etc. But even if y find some Dem lawyers will scream "PROVE that they haven't been fiddled with!!". Well, sunshine it aint that simple, as EVERY lawyer knows...plenty of crooks thought they couldn't get caught because the cops couldn't find 'the body'. Wrong. Sure, having a body helps things along but its only ONE component of the evidence profile. There are usually plenty of OTHER strands of evidence that are used to PAINT THE PICTURE.
Trump's lawyers will be licking their lips.
