well i mean that's a relief i guess, even though they technically should not be partisan.

To the best of my knowledge the 2000 situation was solidified after a recount, right? So I suspect that was all ruled correctly.

All that being said, if those three are partisan in any way, this tells us there is a lean in our direction, as I suspect most constitutional conservatives would lean that way, anyway.
