Enough. Not just due to fraudulently filled out ballots, but also (and also not exhaustively) because many legitimate ballots were illegitimately returned after legal receipt cutoffs and/or counted illegitimately without legal observeration.
They have extensive ballot harvesting/collecting operations they conduct well ahead of an election. So there were tons of votes in the pre-election grab. I think they thought that would be really close to enough to get a win, but then the red wave came in so hard they all panicked and stopped counting in the middle of the night to figure out what to do. Then here comes the 4am fake ballots. I think those were just numbers to start with, then the stalling for days was creating the tens of thousands of ballots needed to match those numbers. That's why they couldn't let the Republican watchers into the buildings. They pulled the same scam in all states at the same exact time. Anybody can see how rigged this is.
