Joe Biden has only dealt with Clarence Thomas in an official capacity. Whether Biden was acting unprofessional or not is solely the responsibility of Biden. If I bad-mouth a judge prior to my hearing, does that mean the judge has to recuse themself and I get a new judge... No. Why should Biden get a pass?
