When will the Supreme Court be asked to determine whether Kamala Harris is a ‘natural born citizen’ and therefore qualified to become Vice President? I look forward to hearing our Originalist Justices weigh in on this important question.

It is my understanding that Senator Harris’s parents were both present in the United States on student visas when she was born. If her parents were not citizens or permanent residents at the time of her birth, how can she be a ‘natural born citizen’?
