Yes. If the court choose to reject the Presidents request for a recount and his lawsuits continue until Dec 14th it will then go to the house to decide. While the GOP holds an overall minority in the House, we do hold a majority of state votes which is how the presidential election would be decided. If it comes down to that there will be 50 votes and we own the majority of those votes.
I don't believe the GOP would be brave enough to vote against Trump in that scenario.

Could this be a "cunning plan me lord" to force the republican controlled State legislators to institute Voter ID, no Mail in ballots unless Absentee or Military, election cutoff times for reporting, mandatory "AIR GAPPING" of voting operations, Mandatory Dem & Rep reps doing poll watching( no poll watchers= no tallying votes), no rule changes 3 months prior to election, Armed MILITARY to enforce rules on FEDERAL ELECTIONS, Armed Military presence at polling stations and the transportation and verification of ballot pickups and security (min 2 man/woman verification), and Total continuous video and audio monitoring of all actions within the counting area.

Exactly! I don’t know if this can happen, but I am hoping we get federally run elections for President, senators, and reps. Standardized rules for all states. When you count, how you can vote, etc. if states want to screw around with their in state elections then go for it, but when California messes with five house races and denies the house a Republican majority, they are disenfranchising every Republican voter in every state.

I've heard that when the media declares a winner and they give their acceptance it becomes harder to challenge the selection. I don't believe that is even close to true, but it was said by some guest they had on newsmax. I don't see how the media declaring who won means anything and if you are running for the highest office in this country and don't understand how our elections work, you probably shouldn't running in the first place.
