We have to be careful with benford's law. It's a math law, not a US law. I think it's supplementary, but I'm not so sure it would stand alone as evidence. But I'm not a lawyer.

I could be wrong, but I believe I read that benford's law has been used in court in the past. I would agree though that it's more supplementary than undeniable proof in an of itself.

It could certainly help to create a reasonable doubt with other facts that the election was done fairly.
