I can't remember the exact name of it, but it was important for the Dems to win some Congressional seats in some key States so that if the decision for the Presidency went to Congress (by law) they would control the majority.
Anyone know what this is called?
Or how that split of representation now exists?
Perhaps those races are also put in question?
