For leftists /r/stupidpol is pretty decent still Also /r/averageredditor

Other than that I only use reddit for niche subs for hobbies and some gaming. If I see anything remotely political from a sub I unsubscribe. Keeps my front page like old school reddit.

Even the meme subs are garbage now.
