All he has to do is drag these lawsuits to December 14th, which is 100% feasible. According to the Constitution, if a President has not been finalized by the states by that date, the vote goes to the House... Each state in the House gets one vote... we have more state control in the House, despite having overall minority. Also, if the lawsuits don't drag out, Republican states could refuse to pick a nominee thereby forcing the House vote... Trump wins. 🤭😏

That's my concern. Don't act like this way would be so easy.

RINOs should be extinct

ClarenceBeeks 2 points ago +2 / -0

They may in fact become extinct if they don't back POTUS

We need PA, MI and WI Republicans to grow a spine right now.

I think SCOTUS will rule swiftly to avoid this. Disenfranchising the whole country likely isn't an option that anyone wants to entertain.

The fraud and theft happened in 8+ states and each SC ruling focuses on 1 state.

Not necessarily. Everyone has their theories. It seems like the main case being brought to SCOTUS in PA is the lack of watchers when hundreds of thousands of ballots were being counted in Pit and Phily.

Here is what I've been hearing go around:

SCOTUS rules in favor of Trump and ballots after 8pm are null in PA

SCOTUS rules in favor of Trump any ballots that were counted without watchers are invalid (hard to quantify with the mess they created)

SCOTUS rules against Trump and validates results and accepts all of the ballots regardless of poll watcher presence

SCOTUS rules results contaminated and calls for a re-vote in PA (probably still in Trump's favor if the revote was secure?)

I think it's hard to know how SCOTUS will rule. It depends on the evidence presented I imagine.

But all Repubs need to get in line. They are too worried about their own political futures and power. They are forgetting that the country as we know it is at stake.

Did you just see the election where the Republican President got the most GOP votes in history and the most non-white share since 1960? America First IS the Republican Party now. Trump can take his 70 million voters with him.

All it takes is one rogue state to refuse to pick a nominee.

Like... GEORGIA? Hahaha Deep red

6
Wrexxis780 6 points ago +6 / -0

Couldn't Pelosi just never hold a vote and try to become the Pres?

9
maga_gal [S] 9 points ago +9 / -0

No. The Constitution requires the vote.

3
Wrexxis780 3 points ago +3 / -0

I feel like the GOP would have to go to SCOTUS to get Nancy to force a vote then

3
maga_gal [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Then so be it. SCOTUS would never rule against the Constitution... especially ACB.

He has to drop video evidence of Joe's corruption, bank records everything the NSA has on him THEN call on the states to not ratify Joe.

Unless he does that and gives them a foolproof reason to do it the RINOs will not do the right thing.

SyNiKaLiTy 4 points ago +4 / -0

Let's just hope all these "Republicans" actually Back the President.

Too many Neocon cucks.

Unless we really put the fear in them. I'm getting an idea...

That resort is only third to last.

2
maga_gal [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

What's second to last, and last?

5
eyerighteye 5 points ago +5 / -0

Military steps up to stop coup by force.

Or we do.

2
AtariArtist 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is probably been the plan all along. Which is why it's been very little info from the Trump camp or SCOTUS.

I have zero faith all Republicans will do the right thing.
