The main areas that cut off alternative companies are financial and hosting imo.
financial: visa/mastercard/or other payment processor refuses to do business with you due to your 'free speech'. This bit the company that was out there as a direct competitor to patreon. (iirc it was named subscribestar) as they had their paypal access cut off when they started to gain traction.
hosting: bitchute just recently had their server hosting cut off. This happens to tons of alternative companies. It could be your cloud hosting, it could be your network connectivity, it could be some small email provider, etc, etc. The providers are pressured into not working with these alternatives...so they don't.
The issue is that these financial or hosting providers get bullied by sjws to not work them due to the alternatives working with 'nazis' (ie anyone not a commie) and shunned on fucking twitter. weak stomachs. The TRUE alternatives are not companies but individual networks based on crypto or other federated systems. These are not easy for normal people to get into though.
