While at the protest we got harassed by some random old, white soyboy. He started off going after two ladies about how they could support someone who said things like "Grab them by the pussy." Eventually I intervened when he was going on about a comment Donald said about Megyn Kelly. It was the comment he said about "her bleeding out of her whatever," or something like that. I told the guy Trump isn't perfect, and we're not all going to agree with his rhetoric all the time. When he saw me, the black guy on the bike, he absolutely lost it. He was disgusted at the fact that someone like me would support someone like Trump. It really felt like talking to someone on Twitter since he didn't want to hear reason, or have a rational discussion at all.

We have a large crowd here in Austin that were out in support for our president here. I know how a lot of us are very bias, and go one about how we're the peaceful side, but honestly it was the truth. We had a diverse group of people here, and not just a difference in mutable characteristics, but in political beliefs as well. You would think the side that's "losing" would be filled with so much hate. We all had a great time out there. Everyone was kind and polite. I met so many wonderful people, wonderful Texans today. While I don't consider myself a Texan (I still rep my midwest status) I couldn't help but feel that good ole Texas pride today.

Over on the other side with the "Biden" supporters we were getting yelled at. The typical slurs, racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. We had quite a lot of people out there that flipped us off, but kuddos to everyone out there that kept it classy. We smiled, waved and wished them the best.

Regardless of what happens I think the line has been drawn. This is about more than Trump, it's about the soul of our nation, and if we don't stand up now we may not have a nation left, or at least one we recognize. Don't let the media, or anyone else keep you down. Take a day, or two to decompress if you need to. It's definitely something I'm going to do tomorrow. I'll definitely be back at the Capitol in Austin next Saturday. This time I'll leave my bike and freshly washed laundry at home lol.
