We already know there was duplicate ballots. My guess is that they even used change of address forms to send several ballots to the same person at multiple addresses.
Recounts are also re-inspections. If they cast a false mail-in ballot in your name, you need to verify how it was marked and file for a change if it's not correct. That way, there will be a record of the first one scanned and then your change.
I'm expecting everything to be reinspected. It could take up to 6 months to go through all of this by hand. But I would still go in person to verify the marks for your ballot. Ask for a printout or screenshot or something.
