When I voted in person in Cali, I HAD to bring in my mandatory (unrequested) mail-in ballot and "relinquish" it to the people that gave me my in-person ballot, otherwise I would have to vote provisionally.
They didn't destroy my mail-in, just set it aside. Since we have a secret ballot election, I have no idea if my ballot was counted in the way I intended to vote. This whole thing is a sham.
