You're right, they delayed the show until 11 pm. As I watched a recording much later, I was disappointed that he didn't expose the lie, then realized the show is taped the night before so he had far less info. It's a shame this show isn't live for that reason.
They were back doing the show with the cast together in person. They may have described that as "live", but I think they always record the show on Fridays. Possible I'm wrong.

I thought it was live on Saturday night, they advertised it as live.
