REPUBLICAN LANDSLIDE:
DJT/Pence won the majority(270+ Electors) on Election Day.
Republicans gained more Senate Seats
Republicans gained more House Seats and haven't lost one yet. Realistically, we will take the House majority after the fraud(s) are removed too.
Republicans won most Governors contests of the 11 up.
Republicans won hundreds of State Legislature Seats
Republicans spent far less money doing it.
And many other contest wins too.
The Dems lost on every front, except on fraud and committing crimes from money laundering, illegal donations, illegal candidates, etc. which really is losing too.
AMERICA is a REPUBLIC, not a Democracy, not a commietopia, not mob rule.
First is understand the difference between the Potus/VP selection of Electors vs all the other "elections" on the ballot; these are legally different things.
As per the US Constitution:
POTUS/VP by the US Constitution are voted by Electors.
The Electors are chosen by each US State's Legislature.
Congress can set the time(frame) that States' legislatures can select their Electors. By 3 U.S. Code 1 (federal law) congress set this as "Election Day" the first Tuesday after the First Monday of November.
So by law all Electors from all the States' Legislatures had to be selected by midnight on Election Day. Any "vote counting" of ballots etc after midnight doesn't matter; and the ballots for POTUS/VP by the "people" are NOT direct (America is a Real REPUBLIC, we are NOT a democracy for good reasons by our Founders). since the State's Legislatures have the full say in chosing Electors.
Most States have it set so the Electors get selected by the votes in their elections on Election Day. 3 USC 2 (federal law) says the States' Legislatures can choose later, if they chose by having elections. But 3USC2 is unconstitutional; and if it is ruled "lawful" than all the States' Legislatures can still submit Electors late. aka Look at a map of State's Legislatures:
On Election Day, DJT/Pence already won the majority(aka 270+) of Electors, no matter which way it goes later on. Win or Win, there is no lose here for us; only the Dems will keep losing more contests as more fraud and nonsense is uncovered.
Most things like recounting and such are for cleaning up the Senate contests and House seats (which Republicans also won btw.) and many local contests.
