ACB isn't the one I am concerned with and everyone knows Roberts was a closet deomcrat who is now in the open. Its Kavenaugh.... his last vote took me off guard.

I worry they will, SCOTUS loves the blind leading the blind approach and won't rock the boat by declaring the fraud is real and Trump did indeed win. I tihnk they will give limited concessions but it won't be enough. I mean ffs PA is literally ignoring an order by SCOTUS and all they did was reissue the same fucking order that's being ignored anyway!

The issue is if they don’t uphold the law they don’t fear the people.
Seemingly, our government has made it clear that they only respond to violence and destruction and threats. Peaceful protests and conversations don’t work. If you burn cities down, police will bow down to you. Lawmakers will capitulate. CEOs will shine your shoes.

All they need is to peel either Gorsuch or Kavenaugh away, which is not impossible. Im assuming ACB is solid.
However, they have to know that Biden will pack the Court making them all irrelevant, so go ahead dumbasses and do it.
Considering how the DNC has tried to backstab half of the sitting SCOTUS justices (especially Biden’s horrible treatment of Justice Thomas during his confirmation hearing 30 years ago) that would be a really tough sell.
